Tiny Cake Wool Felting with Jessica Peterson /// hands-on workshop
In this class, you will learn the basics of needle felting and how to use the tools to create a tiny cake . This class will last 3 hours depending on the complexity of your project.
You will leave this class with the skills, knowledge, and an awesome starter kit with everything you need to to continue on your felting journey. The kit that is included with the class includes a wool mat, 20 needles of various sizes, leather finger protectors, a wooden needle holder and sample pack of wool colors.
All levels of skills are welcome and encouraged. Bring ideas and sketches of what you want to make or use some of the provided templates from the class.

TEACHER: Jessica Peterson (instagram: @thetuftingroomslc) has been a photographer, crafter and artist for many years. She studied photography at Art Center College of Design and has been working as a photographer since graduating in 2006. Jessica has been in love with all forms of art and needle felting has been one of them. It is the perfect medium for mess-free sculpture and design and the possibilities are endless with such simple tools.

Due to the nature of the prep work required for in-person events, we are not offering refunds or credits to another workshop once a workshop has been purchased. Please make certain you are able to attend before purchasing your tickets.
